We handle updates by getting in touch with you about two weeks in advance to let you know when exactly the update is going to take place and what features we plan to add. The updates typically take place during the weekend during our standard maintenance times.

Yes, we have a free trial period of 15 days for you to evaluate Raiser, during which you have access to full Raiser support and can contact the Raiser team if you need any help.
At the end of your trial period you are directed to a payment page where you can enter your payment information in order to continue using our solution.
Yes, Raiser allows you to create your own security roles and manage access levels. This is set up through the database administrator.
