We handle updates by getting in touch with you about two weeks in advance to let you know when exactly the update is going to take place and what features we plan to add. The updates typically take place during the weekend during our standard maintenance times.
In case of any questions, our support team will explain all of the newly added features, on which we will also provide online guides.
